Delivery Charges

*Delivery charges in the table above apply to orders above $50. For orders below $50, please add an additional $10 surcharge. Orders made on Sunday or Public Holidays are also subjected to an additional $15 surcharge.

Subsituition

D’ Petals reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We would ensure that items replaced will either be of equivalent or of a higher value. However, we will not replace the main flowers chosen (eg. If the choice of the main flowers is purple roses, we will substitute with a different colour for the rose if purple is not available and not substitute with other types of flowers.)

Redirection of Orders

A surcharge of $10.00 will be imposed for each re-direction of orders. In most circumstances, we would leave the item with the recipient’s neighbours, colleagues, doorstep or whichever possible, unless otherwise instructed.

VIP Service

Need to be assured that your flowers and gifts get delivered within a specified time? Our VIP service ensures that your gifts are delivered within the hour specified (e.g. 2.00pm to 3.00pm, 4pm to 5 pm (within the hour)) at a surcharge of $60. Call us at 6281 0100 for more details.
