Sunday & Public Holiday Deliveries
Please place orders before 11am on Saturday / eve of public holiday for orders to be delivered on Sunday / Public Holiday respectively

Specific Time Delivery
Should you need an item to be delivered at a specific time (eg. 11.57am), please contact us at 6281 0100 for your order. Delivery with specific timing will be at a surcharge of $100.00, depending on the availability of delivery drivers.

Express Delivery
Express delivery service is available from Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) at a surcharge of $30.00. Item will be delivered within 2 hours upon confirmation of your order. This service is dependent on availability of flowers and drivers at the time of order. Please contact us at 6281 0100 to check on the availability of this service.

*Delivery charges in the table above apply to orders above $50. For orders below $50, please add an additional $15 surcharge. Orders made on Sunday or Public Holidays are also subjected to an additional $15 surcharge.

Substitution
D’ Petals reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We would ensure that items replaced will either be of equivalent or of a higher value. However, we will not replace the main flowers chosen (eg. If the choice of the main flowers is purple roses, we will substitute with a different colour for the rose if purple is not available and not substitute with other types of flowers.)

Re-direction of Orders
A surcharge of $10.00 will be imposed for each re-direction of orders. In most circumstances, we would leave the item with the recipient’s neighbours, colleagues, doorstep or whichever possible, unless otherwise instructed.
